As an attorney with Eaton Peabody, Matt concentrates his practice in real estate law, commercial lending and business counseling. He advises individual and business clients on issues related to municipal law, land use regulation, and real estate development, and acts as legal counsel to local municipalities. Matt represents for profit and not for profit companies in all types of business and real estate transactions, including property acquisitions, commercial leasing, condominium development and environmental issues. He also practices in the firm's commercial lending department, where he advises financial institutions with regard to UCC and collateralization issues, construction and real estate financing and asset based lending. Prior to joining Eaton Peabody in 2004, Matt practiced with a corporate law firm in Providence, Rhode Island.
