Sharon has been employed by Eaton Peabody as a real estate paralegal for over 10 years. Her primary focus is commercial asset-based lending and other real estate matters, to include drafting closing documents, conducting collateral title searches on real and personal property, and perfecting securities interests on collateral with various agencies. Sharon works closely with a number of banking institutions, government agencies and local firms in her area of practice. Prior to joining Eaton Peabody, Sharon worked as a general practice paralegal for Norton & Weeks from 1991 to 1999 and for Largay Law Offices from 1999 to 2001.
Sharon was born in Bangor and graduated from Old Town High School with high honors in 1989. In 1992, Sharon received her Associates Degree in Paralegal Studies from Beal College. Sharon currently resides in Old Town with her husband and son. Her interests include reading and travel.
