Kady S. Huff is an Associate in Eaton Peabody’s Litigation Practice Group based in the firm’s Bangor office. Kady has general litigation experience covering a diverse range of practice areas.
Kady represents clients in contested probate, real estate, commercial, and landlord/tenant disputes, and has significant experience litigating family law cases. Kady regularly represents clients charged with misdemeanor and felony offenses under Maine law, and has assisted in the defense of maritime personal injury claims. Kady has experience with commercial business disputes, debt collection matters, and disputes involving closely held businesses, family trusts, and residential real estate problems. Kady has litigated in all Maine courts, both state and federal, and has experience with many of the local courts throughout Maine’s Probate Court system.
Kady graduated from Western New England University School of Law in 2014, where she served as the Editor-in-Chief of the Law Review. After earning her J.D., Kady served as a term Law Clerk for the State of Maine Business and Consumer Court where she assisted the presiding judges with complex business litigation.
Kady earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from The George Washington University in 2011. Kady resides in Pittsfield, Maine with her husband and her two German Shorthaired-Pointers, Sibley and Ziva. In her free time she enjoys hiking and canoeing with her family.
