Joelle has been employed at Eaton Peabody since 2016. She is a paralegal in the real estate department, primarily focused in the area of residential real estate in the down east Maine region. Her responsibilities include supporting several attorneys and assisting with all aspects of real estate transactions including drafting Purchase and Sale Agreements, deeds and ancillary documents, conducting title searches and facilitating real estate closings. Joelle also works with the corporate department handling entity formations, franchise tax filings and drafting corporate governance documents.
Prior to joining Eaton Peabody, Joelle worked as a community based Social Worker in Portland and was employed by the United States Coast Guard as a civilian. Joelle was born in Bar Harbor and graduated with her Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work from the University of Maine at Orono in 2000.
