PARSIPPANY, N.J.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–May 29, 2015– B&G Foods, Inc. (NYSE:BGS) announced today that it has entered into a five-year logistics services agreement with DSC Logistics, a leading logistics and supply chain management company. Pursuant to the agreement, DSC will provide all warehousing and distribution management services at B&G Foods’ three primary distribution centers after the distribution centers are transitioned over the next three to nine months.
