Bill leads the legislative lobbying team for the firm. He represents a wide variety of clients in the Maine Legislature, from multi-national corporations to small businesses amd individuals. Bill also provides state and municipal regulatory advice and assistance, particularly in the areas of energy, environmental and land use law.

Prior to joining Eaton Peabody, he was on the staff of the State Planning Office where he advised the Maine Legislature and state agencies on environmental and economic development policy.
