Mariah Mitchell is an associate attorney in Eaton Peabody’s Brunswick and Portland offices. Mariah’s practice focuses on estate planning and estate and trust administration as well as all aspects of real estate law, including commercial and residential conveyancing, leasing, and title review and analysis.
Prior to joining Eaton Peabody in 2014, Mariah graduated magna cum laude from the University of Maine School of Law in 2014. While in law school, she worked as a student attorney for the Cumberland Legal Aid Clinic and was a judicial extern for the Hon. Charles C. LaVerdiere, Chief Judge of the Maine District Court.
Mariah earned her undergraduate degree at Colby College with a major in English and a minor in Art & Art History. While at Colby, she was a member of the Varsity Volleyball Team.
Mariah and her husband live in Portland and enjoy exploring Maine with their son and two dogs.
