The Real Estate Practice provides a full range of legal services to the firm’s clientele throughout Maine. Those services include advice and documentation with respect to the title, lease, sale, acquisition, and development of real estate; resolution of real estate disputes; like-kind exchanges; commercial and residential condominiums and planned unit developments; road associations; issues surrounding access to lands; and matters regarding natural resource based land ownership issues, including Maine timberland ownership.

Working with members of Eaton Peabody’s Litigation/Dispute Resolution, Tax, Natural Resources & Timberlands, and Environmental & Land Use Practices, the Real Estate Practice is able to capably and thoroughly address the broad range of issues and concerns affecting our clients.
