This Group has extensive experience dealing with the full range of municipal legal issues, from the ordinary and routine to the unusual and complex. We provide a full spectrum of legal services to Maine's town and city governments, zoning and planning boards, school administrative districts, water and sewer utility districts, local development corporations, inter-local agencies, and other quasi-municipal entities. Working closely with our affiliate, Eaton Peabody Consulting Group, this group has a vast experience in the design and implementation of local and regional economic development initiatives. In addition, we represent non-municipal clients and individuals in their dealings with Maine's local governments.
