The Litigation/Dispute Resolution Practice Group is chaired by Bernard J. Kubetz, working with Glen L. Porter, Martin L. Wilk, William B. Devoe, Judy A.S. Metcalf, Thad B. Zmistowski, Jonathan B. Huntington, Timothy C. Woodcock, David C. Pierson, Noreen A. Patient and Mark D. Beaumont. This Group provides representation in all the state courts of Maine and at all levels of the federal system from the United States District Courts to the Supreme Court. It is also experienced in the use of increasingly popular arbitration and mediation alternatives to litigation.
