The Environmental and Land Use Practice Group is chaired by P. Andrew Hamilton, working with John F. Loyd, William B. Devoe, William V. Ferdinand, Jr., Erik M. Stumpfel, Heather L Parent, Matthew C. Worthen, Christopher E. Goodwin and Michael R. Clisham.

This Group advises and represents our private and municipal clients in state, federal and municipal environmental matters. We work regularly with an array of environmental consultants, so we can quickly organize a team of professionals to address an environmental issue efficiently and effectively. We also call upon the expertise of our affiliate, Eaton Peabody Consulting Group, to assist in the areas of securing local, state and federal funding and developing project approach.

This Group also provides legal assistance on state and municipal land use regulatory matters. These services include drafting ordinances, preparing and presenting permit applications, responding to enforcement proceedings, participating in rulemaking, and representing clients in appeals of local and state agency decisions before state and federal court.
