Tom has a broad based practice that ranges from the formation of bank holding companies to pioneering Eaton Peabody's Creditor & Debtor Rights practice. He is a former chairman of the Bankruptcy and Reorganization Section of the Maine Bar Association. Tom was instrumental in the development of the Firm's solid waste management practice for a consortium of 100 Maine municipalities and their $100 million waste-to-energy facility. His corporate practice involves tax issues, formation of new entities, and loan workouts. Much of his litigation and dispute resolution is multi-party.
