Noreen specializes in civil litigation with an emphasis on real estate matters such as easements, adverse possession, and boundary disputes. In addition, she has prosecuted and defended suits involving commercial disputes, breach of contract, and contested probate matters.

While in law school, Noreen was an associate editor of the Journal of Constitutional Law. Prior to joining Eaton Peabody, She was an associate at the Philadelphia office of Morgan Lewis & Bockius where she focused on white collar criminal defense and government investigations.
