Associate

Nate concentrates his practice in the area of bankruptcy, liquidations, reorganizations and the enforcement of creditors' and debtors' rights in a wide variety of business and individual bankruptcy matters. He has a wide range of experience representing debtors, financial institutions, municipalities, utilities and other secured and unsecured creditors inside and outside of bankruptcy cases and in out-of-court workouts. Nate also has experience representing plaintiffs and defendants in commercial litigation and collection proceedings in both state and federal courts.
