Litigation/Dispute Resolution

Megan represents both private and public sector clients in litigation matters.

Prior to joining the firm, she worked as a law clerk for the Hon. John B. Beliveau of the Lewiston District Court, and as a legal intern for the Maine Office of the Attorney General. At graduation, Megan received the ABA-BNA Award for Excellence in the Study of Labor & Employment Law, and the Pro-Bono Award, which recognized the 481 hours of pro-bono legal work she completed during her three years of law school. She also served as an Editor of the Maine Law Review and published a Case Note titled State v. Thurston: An Examination of Assault, Self-Defense, and Trespass in Relation to Domestic Violence.
