Litigation/Dispute Resolution

Associate

Mark is an associate in the firms Litigation and Dispute Resolution Practice Group, where he focuses his practice on assisting clients in all phases of civil litigation in state and federal courts at both the trial and appellate levels.

Since joining Eaton Peabody, Mark has represented clients in the prosecution and defense of a wide variety of matters, including actions for breach of contract, fraud, negligence, defamation, employment discrimination, personal injury, insurance defense, real estate litigation, and professional malpractice. Mark also assists clients in all aspects of e-discovery.

Before entering law school, Mark worked as the IT Director for a computer consulting and training firm in Baltimore, Maryland. While in law school, Mark served as both a staff editor for the University of Baltimore Law Review and as a Legal Writing Instructor for first-year law students. Prior to joining Eaton Peabody, Mark completed a judicial clerkship with the Honorable J. Barry Hughes, Associate Judge of the Circuit Court for Carroll County, Maryland.
