Karen has a general real estate practice which includes clients in the timberland, conservation and title insurance industries, as well as individuals and corporations. She represents clients in the acquisition, sale, protection, and management of large tracts of land throughout the State and is familiar with issues unique to Maine’s timberland owners. Karen has extensive experience with complex commercial and timberland transactions, and with underwriting those transactions. Her clients benefit from Karen’s practical and goal-oriented approach and problem solving abilities.
