Innovative Enterprise Program

Business Law

Associate

Jeff advises companies in all stages of development, through formation, angel/venture capital financings, other securities offerings, strategic relationships, and mergers and acquisitions. Jeff also works with angel investors and venture capital firms on fund formation, regulatory compliance, and investments in target companies. Jeff has a particular interest in emerging companies in growth sectors and frequently advises them on financing, structuring, and securities matters throughout their growth.

Jeff chairs the Eaton Peabody Innovative Enterprise Program – an initiative through which we allow selected startup and emerging companies with significant expansion potential to defer the majority of their legal fees until a debt or equity financing or other liquidity event.

While in law school, Jeff served as a Technical Editor for the New England Law Review. He also received the New England Scholar Award, the CALI award for Future Excellence in Antitrust Law, and clerked for the Honorable David A. Lowy of the Massachusetts Superior Court.
