Janice E. McNally

Janice has been employed by Eaton Peabody for 23 years. She provides paralegal assistance to the firm’s Business Law Practice Group and to attorneys specializing in civil litigation in the firm’s Labor & Employment Practice Group. She has extensive experience in corporate law, litigation law, bankruptcy law and collections. Prior to joining the firm, Janice worked at the Maine District Court where she gained valuable knowledge regarding court procedures and practices. Janice is one of several firm employees born and raised in Aroostook County.

Memberships and Affiliations

Janice volunteered as a hotline worker and a kid worker with Spruce Run Association in Bangor for several years and continues to coordinate the firm’s annual Christmas sponsorship of the Association. She was awarded a Certificate of Appreciation in 2005 by the Maine Coalition to End Domestic Violence.
