The chair of Eaton Peabody's Business Law practice, David concentrates his practice on a variety of corporate and securities law matters on behalf of the firm's private and publicly held clients. He assists with a variety of business clients in connection with mergers and acquisitions, entity selection and start-up, venture capital financings, private equity financings and SEC compliance.

David has also assisted clients with respect to business succession planning and provided counsel to shareholders and other business owners regarding a variety of business transition issues.
