Chris provides a broad range of transactional services to clients, with an emphasis on estate planning and administration, residential and commercial real estate law, and business and corporate law. His real estate practice focuses on transactions involving high-end coastal real estate. In the field of estate planning, Chris works with clients and their other professional advisors to ensure that the client’s wealth is protected and transferred in a manner which in consistent with their goals, values, and tax-planning objectives. Chris also helps business clients to acquire or sell assets, ensure efficient and organized corporate governance, and transfer ownership and control to successive generations. His experience in estate planning, business and corporate law come together in his special interest in business succession planning.
