Counsel

Allison concentrates her practice on the general representation of small to medium-sized businesses in a variety of commercial transactions. She advises clients with regard to choice of business entity, financing and equity capitalization including private offerings and related securities matters. Allison understands the importance of her clients' business relationships and works to facilitate those relationships including working directly with clients' accountants and bankers. She also focuses her practice on working with estate planners to provide business continuity and facilitate succession of ownership and control.
