Matthew C. Worthen joins Eaton Peabody

We are pleased to announce that Matthew C. Worthen has joined the Firm as an associate.

Mr. Worthen graduated cum laude from Providence College and received his law degree from The Catholic University of America’s Columbus School of Law. Mr. Worthen’s practice will focus primarily on advising financial entities and private and public corporations in the areas of commercial lending, real estate conveyancing, corporate governance, business organizations, and general corporate and business law. Mr. Worthen previously practiced in a large Providence, Rhode Island, law firm where he specialized in corporate litigation, including enforcement of commercial paper, defense of breach of fiduciary duty actions and actionable shareholder disputes. Mr. Worthen is a native of Ellsworth, Maine. “The addition of Matt Worthen gives us additional depth in both our commercial lending and corporate law practices," commented Daniel G.
