Visa Bulletin for September 2009

The U.S. Department of State has issued its Visa Bulletin for September and the good news is that cutoff dates for the EB-2 category (for advanced degree professionals or persons of exceptional ability) have progressed for nationals of India and China to January 8, 2005. This is an advancement of 15 months over the August Visa Bulletin. The EB-2 category remains current for nationals of countries other than India and China.
