New FMLA Poster and Forms

They're here! The new FMLA poster and the six new FMLA forms are now available on the Wage and Hour's website.
Based on our discussion with the Wage and Hour field office, employers subject to the FMLA should post the new poster and begin using the new FMLA forms on Friday, January 16, 2009.
1. Revised FMLA Poster (PDF). The new FMLA poster incorporates the new military FMLA provisions and also includes
information from the revised FMLA regulations.
2. Six New Forms. The old familiar WH-380 and WH-381 forms have been substantially revised and there are new forms
as well. While you should wait until January 16, 2009 to begin using the new forms, take the time now to print out the forms and become familiar with them.
