EP Unites with United Way

BANGOR, MAINE – September 17, 2009 Eaton Peabody (EP) turned up in force to kick off United Way of Eastern Maine’s Annual Campaign Kick Off today at Bass Park. EP collectively donates over $18,000 a year to United Way programs. Almost 100% of the firm’s annual donation is made up of private donations and payroll deductions made by employees.

These donations help support 43 nonprofit agencies throughout Eastern Maine. These agencies address improving health, education and income for Maine residents and families by way of programs such as the Bangor Area Homeless Shelter, Eastern Area on Aging, Legal Services for the Elderly, Pine Tree Legal Assistance, and the Spruce Run Association.
