2010 Maine CDBG Program Statement now available!

As you have likely heard, The Maine Office of Community Development has released its Program Statement for the 2010 Maine Community Development Block Grant Program (CDBG). Our staff has extensive history in putting together successful CDBG applications. Our interest is in assisting your community on its development projects, and using CDBG funds is often one piece of the financing puzzle. In the event you are not aware, the applications deadlines are as follows:

We are available to discuss your project at no cost. We will follow up that consultation with suggestions on how to proceed with the project(s) you may be contemplating. There are, of course, regional agencies that provide technical assistance for the preparation of CDBG applications. We will work with those agencies and help complete an application on your behalf. Our goal is to be comprehensive and leverage a variety of resources to meet not just your particular project need, but perhaps your larger economic development program.
