Eaton Peabody Welcomes Attorney Valerie Chiasson - June 20, 2006
ELLSWORTH – The law firm of Eaton Peabody has announced the addition of Valerie Chiasson as an associate to the Real Estate practice in the Ellsworth office.
"Valerie Chiasson is a talented and dedicated individual with excellent legal credentials," said Ellsworth Managing Attorney Dale Worthen. "She has extensive relationships in Hancock County which makes her a natural fit."
Chiasson, 50, graduated with a Bachelors in Psychology from Assumption College in 1978. She is a 2006 graduate of the University of Maine School of Law, cum laude. Prior to law school, she attended the Muskie School of Public Service, focusing her studies on public policy and management. Chiasson’s past experience includes work as the executive director for a regional economic development organization and coordinated for the state legislature’s economic tours in Maine. In addition, she has ten years of experience as manager of WoodenBoat Publication's annual boat show. She co-wrote Community Association Essentials: A reference guide for Maine Condominium, Homeowners, and Townhome Associations in 2004.
