Steve Morrell to Speak on the Effects of Bankruptcy Reform – October 18, 2006

PORTLAND – Lorman Education Services has invited Steve Morrell of Eaton Peabody’s Brunswick office to address the effects of Bankruptcy Reform legislation  at the Portland Holiday Inn West on November 15, 2006. Morrell will concentrate his afternoon sessions on the Reform Act’s effect on business bankruptcy law, ethical considerations, including conflicts of interest, and practical strategies for dealing with bankruptcy law changes.
