Heather Parent to Speak at Environmental Liability Protections Seminar -

PORTLAND— The National Business Institute has invited Heather Parent of Eaton Peabody, Attorneys-at-Law to present at the New Environmental Liability Protections Seminar on October 5th, 2006 at the Portland Holiday Inn West. Parent will concentrate on understanding the new All Appropriate Inquiry (AAI) rule. Other topics will include environmental covenants and a background on environmental liability and investigations.
