Jennifer Eastman to Speak on “The Probate Process” – October 18, 2007
PORTLAND – The National Business Institute – one of the nation’s largest providers of professional education – has invited Jennifer Eastman of Eaton Peabody’s Estate Planning practice group to speak about legal issues involving the probate process in Portland on December 18th.
Eastman will be providing two sessions, the first on managing inventory and the second on closing the estate. Other topics will include discussions on filing, understanding the role of a personal representative, being effective, ethics, and litigation.
