PORTLAND— The National Business Institute has invited Bill Ferdinand of Eaton Peabody, Attorneys-at-Law to present at the 9th Annual Maine Land Use Law Update Seminar on December 12th, 2006 at the Portland Doubletree Hotel. Ferdinand will concentrate on understanding the law of nonconforming uses, subdivision laws, and the ethics in land use matters.
