Eaton Peabody Welcomes Attorney Nathan J. Martell – January 4, 2006
BANGOR, ME January 5, 2006 The law firm of Eaton Peabody has announced the addition of Nathan J. Martell as an associate in its Business Law Practice Group. Martell will be located in the firm's Bangor office and will focus his practice in the areas of commercial law and bankruptcy.
A native of Baileyville, Martell is returning to practice law in the Bangor area from Cooper, Deans & Cargill, P.A., in North Conway, New Hampshire where his practice focused on corporate and commercial transactions and real estate development. Prior to his time at Cooper, Deans & Cargill, P.A., he spent 3 years as an associate at Gross, Misky & Mogul, P.A. in Bangor. Martell received his J.D. cum laude from the University of Maine School of Law in 2002 and completed his B.S. in Environmental Science at Saint Joseph's College in 1999.

Martell is a member of the Maine State Bar Association and is admitted to practice in Maine and Massachusetts.
