Banking & Financial Institutions
Eaton Peabody has a long history of representing Maine financial institutions, providing services on a regular basis as outside general counsel and more specialized services on a project basis.
We provide corporate and regulatory advice to both stock and mutual institutions, as well as to financial institution holding companies. We have experience representing banks in connection with mergers and acquisitions, branch acquisitions and other transactional matters.
We also offer sophisticated commercial lending representation to our bank clients and comprehensive bankruptcy and foreclosure services where necessary.
We also provide an array of services to the trust departments of our financial institution clients.
