Results: 

City of Bath
Advised the City and the Town of West Bath and completed a business park feasibility analysis.  As a result, EPCG worked with the City to establish two TIF Districts—one financed public infrastructure to expand the Wing Farm Business Park and the other provided infrastructure for Downtown Bath.

City of Ellsworth

Crafted a 10-point economic development strategy to facilitate business expansion and development in the City.  To date, Ellsworth has acted on four points and is working on other action items.

Wind Projects—Community Financial Investment
EPCG worked with Washington and Franklin Counties to design the first-ever countywide TIF programs.  EPCG is working with a variety of towns to design TIF Districts to protect the communities from impacts on state revenue sharing and to dedicate funds towards future economic development.
