Raegan joins Eaton Peabody after working as an independent consultant with both for-profit businesses and nonprofit organizations. Prior to that Raegan was employed at a small consulting firm that focused on economic and community development in New Haven, CT. There Raegan gained hands-on skills in planning and project management. She worked primarily with nonprofit organizations in capacity building activities and with communities in directing their strategic planning. Before attending graduate school Raegan also worked in a business development center as a business coach for minority youth in West Philadelphia. The purpose of this program was to encourage students to consider higher education as an option for reaching their personal and professional goals.

A native of Augusta, Raegan now lives there with her two sons. She is actively involved with Lithgow Public Library in Augusta and the Kennebec Valley YMCA.
