Mr. Brown has a broad based practice that ranges from the formation of bank holding companies to pioneering Eaton Peabody's bankruptcy and reorganization practice. He was instrumental in the development of the Firm's solid waste management practice for a consortium of 100 Maine municipalities and their $100 million waste-to-energy facility. Mr. Brown's corporate practice involves tax issues, formation of new entities, and loan workouts. Much of his litigation and dispute resolution is multi-party.
