Mr. Austin concentrates his practice in a variety of corporate and securities law matters on behalf of the firm's private and publicly held clients. He has assisted a variety of business clients in connection with mergers and acquisitions, entity selection and start-up, venture capital financings, private equity financings and SEC compliance. Mr. Austin has also assisted clients with respect to business succession planning and provided counsel to shareholders and other business owners regarding a variety of business transition issues. He is included in the 2008 edition of The Best Lawyers in America for Corporate Law.
