While his clients are drawn from businesses of all sizes, Mr. McKay concentrates his practice on the representation of small and medium sized entities in a variety of corporate and transactional matters. In addition to his broad-based transactional practice, Mr. McKay has specialized expertise in securities, antitrust, health care and international transactional matters. His clients include a variety of business sectors, from high tech manufacturing and software to seafood and forest products to healthcare and banking.
